My license servers are NOT on DC's and we have no issues. I'm not sure
if it updates the GC -- but if necessary, a TS will broadcast on the
local subnet to find it.

When in stalling a TS enterprise license server, does it have to be on a
DC? If not, does it update the global catalog so the other servers can
find it?
