If the printer is not showing showing up as an autocreated printer then =
more than likely the driver name has a spelling mismatch. Remember that =
mapping is case sensitive and must match exactly. Usually when I have a =
problem with a printer I execute the Client printer configuration =
application which will display all the client printers with the driver =
name as the Citrix client sees it. This will allow you to get the correct =
name and use it in your mapping. The utility is a normally available =
Citrix utility printcfg.exe located the System32 directory on a defualt =
install. Publish it and run it from a machine with the printer defined.

Our IT department has started rolling out Lexmark X6170 All-In-One
printers
in replacement for dead HP/Epsons. Does anyone know the compatibility
entry
in the Printer Support file? We tried "Lexmark X6100 Series" =3D "Lexmark
Optra" but the printer failed to show up in the published application.
