[THIN] Latest IE patch

Anyone having problems with this patch? We applied it yesterday and now
all I get is the Error box that offers to send/don't send to Microsoft. It
seems to have a bad interaction with speedscreenapi.dll. I renamed the dll
and IE launches successfully. I tried copying the dll from another server
at the same FR level, but got the same problem.
Unregistering/reregistering the dll didn't fix it. I'm running W2K SP4
XPe FR3. The OS has all the current MS patches and most of the Citrix
patches.
