[THIN] Kicking of CMstart on a reconnect

So, want to brain storm a little here. I have the need to rerun the
CMSTART.exe when a session reconnects (FR3). Anyone else doing this? Looking
for the reconnect sequence then re-running CMstart? Could be useful in
roaming or wireless environments.
