From what I've heard putting w2k sp4 and fr3 is what causes the
problems.

I'm about to put the pair on my test server to see what happens.

Or rather I would if I could just get fr3 downloaded! :)

Sp4 was and does work fine with FR2 no issues there...

But when I applied FR3 then that when I got problems...

My bet is it had more to do with M$ SP4, than CTX FR3.

Spooler crashing.....

People unable to logon as cmstart.exe would hang.

Nothing but trouble.

The datastore ended up getting screwed....

Win2k + SP4

What kind of trouble?

I'm running FR3 on Windows 2003 and it's working fine.

I would stay away if you can.

FR3 gave me nothing but trouble.

Had to eventually rebuild my farm after numerous problems and stick
with FR2.

Be warned !!

Excuse my ignorance....

I'm having trouble downloading FR3 from the citrix site.

I'm downloading the file from
http://support.citrix.com/kb/entry.jspa?entryID=2444&categoryID=120
but
when I initiate the download I'm prompted for a username and password
by
citrix's download manager.

Is it my MyCitrix credentials or should it be something else.

I have subscription advantage by the way.

Regards
