[THIN] Incorrect timestamp in Installation Mgr

Can someone please point me to the KB article the Jim posted regarding
Installation Manager and incorrect date/time stamps. I swear...searching
the archives is an artform. I know I saw a post about it, but I can't find
it there. I did find Hoffa, but not the post I am looking for.
