[THIN] Import Personal address book?

Interesting one...
I have Outlook 2k published. When Outlook 2k launches, it grabs the
default.prf from their user folder on a shared network drive.
Problem:
Service3 in the default.prf is Personal Address Book.
When Ol2k launches, it prompts if you want to import the personal address
book into Contacts. I say no, it comes up next time. I say yes, it
imports, tells me to restart...then comes up next time.
Is there a way to have this stop prompting once the contacts are imported or
do I have to push out all new default.prf files??
