Thanks Barry and Jeff for your response. We found the problem. We added a new server last Thursday from an image. We made all the changes to the server but because it isn't ready for production we did not change the CMC Zone information (did not think of it). What happen is that it assigned that new server to its own zone. It appears the IIS server XML service was looking for the Data Collector XML and because of a network problem found the second data collector in the new zone and it was communicating with that CMC in that zone. Since nothing was configued in the Applications section of the CMC for that zone in that data collector, no icons appeared. Once we moved this new server to the zone it should have been configured in and deleted the zone that we didn't want set up, stopped and started the IMA service the icons came back. Hope this makes sense and helps troubleshoot any of you that may experience the same issue. The IMA service is the key in our scenario. Thanks. I have a major problem. The icons for the Published Applications are missing on NFuse. Running MetaFrame XPe FR1, Win2K, SP2. Rebooted main XML server (Data Collector), Stopped and started XML service, Stopped and started IMA Service but icons still won't appear. I also reboot the server and repeated the stop/start of these services. Does anyone know why this happened and how I can get my icons to re-appear? Thanks. Jay C.
