[THIN] IMA Error

Running Presentation Server 4 on top of Server 2000 Sp4 with WI 4.0.
I'm constantly getting an event in the Application log that reads:
An error of type "IMA" with an error ID of "0x80000001" was reported by
the XML Service at address http://server:80
I've searched and have found it mentioned, but have not seen a solution
yet, does anyone have any ideas?
