This may be a little long, but I'm stumped, and am hoping someone has seen this... Scenario: MFXP farm, 2 SQL 7.0 SP3 database servers with the data store replicated between them Symptom on SP2/FR2: Server A connected to master DB, Server B connected to replica. Server B has no issues communicating with DB, ie can publish apps from it. CMC is runnning on a workstation 1. Connect CMC to Server A, submit IM job to server B. 2. Job stays in Pending state, never runs 3. Restart IMA on Server B, job runs (will also work if Server B restarted) 4. Open another CMC instance and connect CMC to server B, submit IM job to server B from this instance 5. Job shows in CMC on Server A and Server B 6. Job runs normally Interesting note: When the job is submitted through server B, the date/time display on the job in the CMC connected to Server A shows as 6/19 instead of June 19 as it does on Server B Symptom on SP3/FR2 or FR3 Same as above, except once the job completes on Server B, the ICA ports no longer answer. Cannot even Telnet to port 1494. I'm wondering if there is something with how the timestamps are replicated from master to replica so IM thinks that there is no work to do. I have set IMA traces up on the IM threads, but I don;t have enough info yet to come to a conclusion. If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear 'em, as this problem will be huge when we get to the rollout stage.
