Well when I make a new GPO in my test OU (so now I have two GPO's) and I change the IE content settings, it affects both GPO's. So now everyone of my test users are hit by my rules when I only wanted one. I HAVE to be doing something WRONG :-) Sooo CRAP! I created a new GPO. Moved a test user there. Set "apply rights" to them. Changed the IE security rule set.
