[THIN] IE Address Bar

Is there a way to make NO Address Bar the default for Internet
Explorer?? I have a customer that wants to publish IE with pre setup
Favorites or Links and not allow users to get to the Address Bar. I

How do I remove the address bar from Internet Explorer and prevent users
from re-enabling it?", and have tried to get it to work but so far no
luck.
