[THIN] Help With Error 1609 Install Citrix Web Interface

Hello,
 
I just can't get the Web Interface installed correctly.  I once did, but
the install was corrupted somehow.  Could someone please tell me how to
configure ASP.NET correctly, (this seems to be my issue) to get this
wonderfully annoying feature installed?  Thanks,
