HA, nice one! How's this, our entire logon process no matter which solution we go with cannot be any longer than 2 seconds! Right now we have clinical kiosks setup already logged onto a published desktop so there really is no logon process. Each application on that desktop has it's own username and password that needs to be entered when they launch it, but I don't think that is going to make the HIPAA grade though... So we are trying to find a solution to this problem, but they are sticking to this whole two second thing though, no matter how we choose to go, it cannot take any longer than 2 seconds for the clinicians to walk up to a kiosk logon/authenticate, and start their application. Good time. -----Original Message----- From: J H [mailto:jeffrey_hicks@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, August 25, 2004 8:52 AM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Healthcare / Citrix sso-biometrix-proximity cards When I am on the table they DO have better things to do. But when I'm off the table and someone is prowling my medical record, they better use that friggin password. ;) ----- Original Message ----- From: Angus Macdonald <Angus.Macdonald@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Wed, 25 Aug 2004 12:57:08 +0100 To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Healthcare / Citrix sso-biometrix-proximity cards > What is it with clinicians and passwords?
