[THIN] HRP4 for MPS 3.0

Well, now they are officially releasing it on October.

I'm a bit disappointed in this because I've been waiting for this fix since
June (and it was originally supposed to be released in August). I'm hoping
that they're taking the time to get it right as opposed to pushing it back
because of other projects.

I found out a few minutes ago that they are releasing rollup 4 for MPS 3.0
next week, maybe they are releasing a rollup for MPS 4.0 as well and they
are doing some cleanup.
