did it with mine.  Worked great.

installed first server and got it set.  used chfarm and put it in a =
dummy farm.

made an image of that server.=20

Ghosted it to the new server.  Booted it form the Windows 2003 CD and =
chose to install then repair.   Once that was done I ran newsid and =
changed the name.  Plugged it back into the network.  Joined it to the =
domain and then used chfarm to join my existing farm.

Everything went smooth.
