[THIN] Fresh install of w2k and Citrix BSOD when CMC is run

Just installed Win2K with SP4 Citrix SP3, FR3 and as soon as I run the
Citrix CMC I get a BSOD. This BSOD is repeatable.
Stop: 0x0000001E (0Xc0000005, 0x8046D032, 0x00000000x 0x00000000)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
***Address 8046D032 base at 80400000, Datastamp 403d35e2 - ntoskrnl.exe
This was on a brand new Dell PowerEdge 1750, complete fresh install.
Anyone had this before?
