No...not New Zealand. I worked a bit in London about 14 years ago.
We have a branch in New Zealand. Before we were bought by IBM our NZ branch
was called Logical CSI. Maybe an e-mail or two of mine got forwarded
around?
Cheers.
Kind regards,
Jeremy

Thanks a million for the suggestions everyone!!! Found the problem with
filemon (my favorite utility at the moment). I should have guessed but it
was %systemroot%\temporary internet files.
What I don't understand is why other web pages loaded just fine.
Jeremy, your name rings a bell...did you ever live in New Zealand?

Matthew,
Connect two sessions to the server, one as Admin and one as a standard
user. Run regmon and filemon from the admin session and watch what happens
when you access the flash web page from your standard user session.
Note: Regmon and filemon will pick up activity in all sessions.
Kind regards,
Jeremy

Yeah I've tried to run regmon but I don't have rights to run that and if
I up my rights then I'll be able to run the flash plugin. Do you know
what rights regmon needs to run?

Use filemon or Regmon from Sysinternals to see where it's getting and an
access error.

I'm still stuck trying to get flash to work on Win2k, FR3, with IE6.
I've found that if I make my test user account a member of power users
they are able to open the flash webpage. So I'm sure I'm dealing with a
permissions issue but I can't seem to find any more info. I've done the
obvious stuff such as adding permissions to the
%systemroot%\system32\macromeda but still no difference.
Does anyone know what registry keys flash player needs permissions to?
Thanks for any suggestions.
