[THIN] Farm problem

I have a server that is normally the DC.  For some reason today users
randomly can't get to the published desktop from an ica file being run from
a webpage.  If i go to server1 and run query farm, it does nothing. It just
goes back to the prompt. But if I go to server2 in the farm and run it query
farm it shows all the servers and shows server 1 as the DC.  Has anyone seen
anything like this before? I don't have any errors in the eventvwr and the
IMA appears to be running fine. Users can can log into the server directly
with no problem.  And it is random.  I click the ica file once and it
doens't work then again and it will work.  then it will not work for 5
minutes then it will work again.  Also I can't connect to the Server1 via
the CMC, but can connect to any of the others.  If I go to server1 on the
left panel in the CMC I get a message saying the Data Store is unavailable.
But picking the other servers in the left panel works fine. And my SQL
server appears to be fine.  

HELP!!!!
