No problems here.  Installed FR3 on 2003, went perfect.  Licenses added fine
and I am actually writing this on a thin client connected to that server.  I
will be using this as my main system for the next few weeks so I will be
posting problems as I have them.

I have installed FR3/SP3, all looks well, activating some licenses, but when
I attempt to set the FR level to 3, it is not there.  I have none, FR1 and
FR2.
