[THIN] FR2 to FR3 upgrade

Fellow list members
I want to start the upgrade of our 6 server W2Ksp3 /FR2 farm to FR3. I
have 2 test servers in the same farm with an SQL DS. Can I upgrade one of
the test servers to see if there are any problems with the published
applications or should I create a new Farm?
