[THIN] Exchange public folder question

off topic but maybe someone knows
Is there a way to set up public folder replication to be real time? I
have 2 servers in different sites and replication is working but at the
remote server it look like it gets updated about every 15 minutes. I
changed the replication setting to be always but that hasn't changed
anything.
