[THIN] Dula monitor support for Citrix

Where does this stand...
Suddenly my engineers have decided they all need dual monitors, bought them,
put them in, and now Citrix gives an exception error at times while running
Citrix based applications on their machines.
They are using the PN Agent, 9.0.
Servers are PS 4.0.
