That is a client setting and the default is 30 the keep alives deal with
disconvering the session state.

Can you alter the time before reconnect, for message "reconnect or
cancel"
when a connection is lost, say network drops?

It is default of 30 seconds.

Also, I have my ICA Keep Alives set, working well, but when I lose the
network (wireless), it immediately gives me the "reconnect or cancel in
30
seconds" screen.  Shouldn't it wait the 60 seconds it is set for?
