Interesting, thanks... Any ideas as to why Microsoft put it in the RunOnce
key of the Default User? (I'm willing to settle for 'lack of common sense')

Try Terminal Server Client UPGRaDe.
Appears to delete old TSC/RDP client and migrate connection settings etc to
the existing version.

It's a mystery to me; it seems to be a custom setup file by Microsoft.
Perhaps it is used to properly set up the user's environment in a TS
session. The file shows to be from MS, but there is no info out there on
what it does.

user gets a new profile (It's located in the Default User's hive, executed
from the RunOnce key)
