[THIN] Default Save Location

I want to set a GPO to change the default save location for anything run in
a Published Desktop environment. Currently, I have remapped drives and my
system drives are hidden and restricted. When users run certain apps (in
this example, Winzip) they try to use the default save location and that
location is on my system drive. Where can I set this in a GPO so that is
defaults to their personal home drive?
