Id appreciate some input

This is new farm in putting together
when I run dsverify
I get

dscheck gives the following

Some consistency checks were unsuccessful. Results below indicate the number
of errors or -1 for test not run: Server Errors = -1,
Application Errors = -1, Group Errors = -1.
any comment would be apprciated
