[THIN] Cut vs copy

Has anyone had an issue with cut and pasting versus copying and
pasting with Citrix? Environment is Windows 2000 TS with Metaframe 1.8
on top. User has appropriate rights but when cutting and pasting...no
go. Says that the folder trying to paste to does not exist. If copying
and pasting, it works. This is an admin so rights are there.
