Ok, here's what worked. 1. On print server (W2K), add new driver to culprit printer (same driver as what's on currently, just reloads all the files). 2. Update Network Print Server in Citrix CMC. 3. On the Citrix Server delete the following key: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\ CurrentVersion\Print\Providers\LanMan Print Services\Servers\<print server name>\Printers\<printer name> When the user logs back in the key will be recreated. Step 3 without step 1 didn't work.
