[THIN] Content Redirection in reverse!

Hi,
I have a client that wants to redirect .wmv files from running on the Citrix
servers, to run locally on their workstation. I know that this can be done
with a URL, but can this be achieved with other file/MIME types?
I know that this is a weird request, but I'm just researching as per the
clients request.
