[THIN] ConnQ hangning server

Server: W2K SP3, MF XP SP3/FR3
 
When checking the CMC we had 12 ConnQ that we wasn't able to reset and this
eventually made the server hang.
 
Tried the MS 816134 Hotfix and the Citrix CTX102309 Hotfix and nothíng
helped.
 
Any suggestions?
