[THIN] CommanDOS -- some ideas for DOS apps

CommanDOS.exe -- will add printer display/selection for older apps (at this
point does not force port redirection).
Additional features: "Always on top" menu, warning before application
termination. Final version will add othe menus (help for guest app, etc.).
Designed to launch "legacy" applications on FAT device or within ICA/RDP
session. Tested on Win2K, Win2003, XP PRO. Should work with NT 4.0 including
TSE (sp6/6a ?).
This app is a "fresh" Beta, so any suggestions are appreciated.
