Hi Cherie,

So if you pause the queue you end up with an appropriate file in
spool\printers?

If you copy the file, map lpt1: to the printer queue and copy the file
to lpt1: (with the queue unpaused) what happens?

Regards,

Rick

Subject: [THIN] Client Created printer problem

Good Evening

I have a user who is unable to print from a published application. The
printer auto creates normally and when she sends a print job it
traverses to the Print server. Everything looks normal, but nothing is
actually printed.

Sending a test page from the print server to the print works fine.

Thanks
