[THIN] Citrix support for Visual Impared

Anyone out there providing Citrix support for the visually impaired?
Freedom Scientific makes a product for users on their local workstation,
however, they do not have Citrix support yet. This program converts
graphics
to text for the visually impaired. Any help greatley appreciated.
