[THIN] Citrix monitoring script event 2 (error with WSH)

Has anyone see this error in the event log and it's cause?

Citrix Monitoring Script Event 2:
Citrix MetaFrame Session In Down State:
WMI error checking sessions
Received error 0x80041013: Provider load failure
This is a new Citrix PS4.0 on 2003sp1 install to add to existing farm.
When I try to get access to properties of this server from the console,
it does not give me the reboot schedule, metrix nor resource options in
the properties. Trying to get info on google & citrix forums but not
finding much.
Any thoughts?
