Hello Toby, We encountered similar problems during the installation of SG, Rel.2.0, = on our Web server. Wwe tried to save some machinery cost by installing = everything on the Web server. However, we couldn't make it work. So, we = had to separate the SG from the Web Server (IIS). Actually, since there = was no spare server available, we installed a VMWARE Workstation session = on the Web Server machine and put the Sg in there. It works perfectly = ever since - I recommend it. Regards & good luck, Panos. -----Original Message----- From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On = Behalf Of toby.percival@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Wednesday, April 21, 2004 5:31 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Citrix Secure Gateway 2.0 Issue - Authority Servers Hi List, I have installed Citrix Secure Gateway and Web Interface 2.0 on the same server (due to a lack of resources), only for testing purposes. The server rejected the connection The second issue is to do with W3SVC. In the event log the system = reports Event ID 115 - The service could not bind instance 1. I have changed the SSL port from 443 to 444, as this is recommended in = the above scenario. I have looked at as much documentation as I can, without success. Please can you advise, if it all possible with the information above, on where = I am going wrong.
