[THIN] Citrix Licenses in use not accurate

I threw this out once before and didn't see anything so I'll try again. For
those running W2K3/MFXPe FR3, do you see an accurate count of licenses in
use? I have 4320 connection licenses and currently there are 2542 users
connected but the License Utility shows 895 "Pooled In Use." Does anyone
else see this anomaly or does your License Utility accurately report usage?
