[THIN] Can't open clipboard run-time error 521

Hello
I have a client using an application called Visual Link that involves a
lot of copy and pasting. They get this message once in a while and it
will hang the session up when it happens.
We have done most of the troubleshooting in the citrix KB artice
ctx086028 with no luck.
This also does not constantly reproduce.
Any ides will be helpful.
