Ok. I found my problem. Background: I lost the password to my original DB Owner for my IMA Store, and I made it *really* complex. So I created another DB Owner with a password that was similar. However, my new DB Owner didn't have all the permission on my database, even though I explicitly gave it the rights o DB Owner. I had to go into Users > Click my new user, highlight a permission, then click permissions. I checked every box that my previous DB Owner had checked, and attempted the install again. _____ From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Arthur Reyes Sent: Wednesday, December 22, 2004 7:30 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Can't join farm Also. This server is on the same subnet as my SQL server and Data Collector for the Zone. I know the port is open, because this server is on the same port (it's the same server) as a server that existed in the farm previously. Prior to reinstalling, I uninstalled Citrix to remove it from the farm. _____ From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Arthur Reyes Sent: Wednesday, December 22, 2004 7:19 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Can't join farm Importance: High Environment W2Ksp4+Citrix XPe SQL Backend When I try to join a server to the farm, I get the error Cannot Get Property CTX_IMA_FARM_NAME.655CCDD2_63F2_4973_9D14_52C912BFB0E2 I've rebooted all my servers, and confirmed that I can recreate the LHC. Curious. I'm trying to install XPe on a slipstreamed W2Ksp4 cd. I already know that WI can't be installed on this type of machine, but does slipstreaming sp4 also break the XPe install?
