[THIN] CWC intermittant no session information

We have the CWC installed on our Intranet web server (no MF installed). It
communicates with our MF Farm (XPe SP2 on Win2k SP3) remotely. For the most
part CWC works great, but most of the time we see no user sessions on the Farm
Sessions screen. We CAN see session information if we look at an individual
server or a specific application, and we do see sessions in the Farm Sessions
screen rarely. Does anyone have an idea on what we can do to fix this? I'm
stumped.
