[THIN] CMD fails at ica-in-ica session

Hi all,
I'm having the issue that CDM fails in a ICA-in-ICA session. The users
connecting to a hopping station by published application. CDM is working fine..
when they now connect by ica to a target farm they not having any clientdrives
at all.
The issue is reproducable in lab enviroment if Hoppingstation is xenapp5 on
W2k8 (x64/x86). The issue only occurs if ICA Client is higher than 11.2. If the
hoppingstation is XenApp6.* everything is fine...
chgcdm on client (hoppingstation) shows

Z: \\Client\Z$
chgcdm on server (targetfarm) shows
Host Client
any hints?!
