hi list, Citrix demand that the CMC should not be running when CHFARM is run. Does anyone have any utils/full proof procedures to ensure that the CMC is not running prior to executing chfarm. I thought about wrapping chfarm and making the wrapper check for instances of a published CMC. The problem is that admins could easily install and run CMC from a standalone client. Is the CMC a connection oriented Java prog, i.e. does it have a footprint? does it have a heartbeat with the datastore? any thoughts appreciated.
