[THIN] CMC Published application, do not pull the application icon.

Since going to MPS 3.0, applications with the specific app. Icon are fine,
unless I try to change the icon, or create new published app. I get no icon
when pointing to the EXE as I did in the past, and can only choose from
Citrix default icons. This is within the CMC, that no icon appears when
pointing to the EXE to get the icon, as it worked with FR3.
What happened?
