A few months ago I was able to use the tool that came with MPS 3.0 to
build a custom install package for the ICA 8.0 Program Neighborhood. As
I recall, I was able to "pre-load" the client with the appropriate
server addresses and Application Set settings. I built it as a .msi
package.

Well, I needed to update that package, so I ran the custom ICA client
packager again. But I must have missed something because I'm not seeing
where I can customize the server locations and application set settings
(the pn.src, basically).

I swear I did this before (otherwise I don't know how my current client
.msi installer package would be working as it is). So, what's the
procedure?
