[THIN] Re: App doesn't work after reboot

Try something silly for me. I saw this once (not with this app though). From
a command line put the session in install mode (Change user /install) then
try running the app. Does it still work?  If so it's a INI missing from the
Windows Dir in the Homedir,

Weve got an app that includes an add-in to msword.  Anyone seen it ? - Its
called "Xpress Author" by Invision

 

Immediately after the install anyone can run msword and the add-in will run
without any problems.

After a reboot, anyone trying to run msword gets a connection error when the
add-in tries to load.

 

Anyone come across this type of prob before?
