Can you reach the server IP address from that workstation with a ping?
Do you need to add a route to the other subnet on the workstation

Eg 
C:\>ROUTE ADD -p 159.163.0.0 mask 255.255.0.0 144.46.0.1(your gateway to
the other subnet)

Hello all,

I get a problem here when I launch application using NFuse on different
subnet address, this error appear : "THE CITRIX SERVER REPORTED THAT THE
ALTERNATE ADDRESS CANNOT BE FOUND", My Citrix Server is on 159.163.*.*
network address, and the client is on 144.46.*.* network address. My
Citrix Server using NFuse 1.6 and FR1 now.
