By chance, have you checked the local GPO on the server? Have you =
denied APPLY or READ for the SYSTEM group on your Domain GPO's? I know =
that I ran into a problem before where GPO's wouldn't get applied =
because the SYSTEM group was denied READ rights to the GPO's.

Joe,

Thanks.

Yes I have setup an additional domain user (with full administrative =3D
rights)
with the deny option set. The logon id is part of a security group =
specifically for the Terminal Servers Administrators and has access to =
=3D all the options in maintaining and setup of Group Policies. The =
strange behaviour occurs only on one terminal server. I have =
subsequently =3D removed these specific TS policies which were applied =
only to the Servers with a =3D TS OU and rebooted all the servers to no =
avail!

Anyone have any ideas?

Did you deny the Administrator rights to apply the GPO?

Hello all!

Recently implemented a fresh build of a W2K DC with two W2K/Citrix XPe =
Servers replacing a stable NT4/TSE Domain (oh wish I hadn't!)

I have a problem on one Citrix server (not the data store) where the =
administrator does not get all the standard shutdown options, just =
=3D3D3D logoff., when loggen in via the domain account. If the =
administrator logs on =3D =3D3D3D locally, all the options are =
available. I had been trying to setup Group policy =3D =3D3D =3D3D3D for =
the Terminal Servers OU(servers and Users) just prior to that in the =3D =
=3D3D3D Active Directory on the DC

Tried everything I can think of, reverted all settings in the Group =3D =
=3D3D3D Policy to default, rebooted all there servers, used secedit.... =
to no =3D3D avail.=3D3D3D20

Strange thing is that the first Citrix Server (data store) has all the =
shutdown options and is in the same OU.

Any ideas, folks.

Or maybe suggesting a route to recover without rebuilding the problem =
server?

Much appreciated

Subject: [THIN] Nfuse Login Prompt

Ok, not sure why this is happening but...

A user will login to Nfuse and be presented with their apps, no problem. =
When they click on an app such as a Microsoft Office app or a Lotus =3D =
=3D3D3D Suite app they are sometimes presented with the Windows 2000 =
screen to login =3D =3D3D =3D3D3D to the domain. It doesn't happen =
everytime and I'm not sure why it would happen at all since they already =
have authenticated with Nfuse. I am running Nfuse 1.7, W2K SP3, MF XPa =
.

Thanks much,
