In the past I have found that the user must save the file to a URL instead of their home directory... Here is an exerpt from my internal FAQ. When you use Adobe Acrobat Distiller to create a file, it requests a file name. Enter \\servername\<username>\<filename> (where <username> is your WTS logon & <filename> is the name of the file you'd like to name.
