We had the same problem with PDF-Creater...
The solution was to add the users to the local group users...someone forgot
this...

Is there some trick to get CutePDF to create a PDF to a network drive? On
one server CutePDF saves just fine to a network share. On the other it will
only save locally but not to a network share.
