Odd, I show I am missing that hotfix, but I do have SP4 on the server.

Hi Chad,

That hotfix is incorporated into Win2k SP4. 

If SP4 isn't an option for you, and you can't get the hotfix from Microsoft
support, I can package the DLL into a hotfix for you.
